Iolani License Plates: Be super-duper cool… Get one!
You’ve probably seen these plates out on the road a time or two, but never really knew what they were about. Well, Iolani participates in the “Organization License Plate/Decal Program” which was created by the State Legislature in 1999 “to assist qualified non-profit organizations whose primary purpose is to provide the community with programs to improve the public’s health, education or general welfare.”
The initial cost is $30.50 of which $20.00 will go to the school. Each year when you renew your vehicle registration, you will be charged an additional $25.00 of which $20.00 will again go to the school. Stop by any Satellite City Hall for an application or download it here.
