D-Low Update: WSU still undefeated at 7-0
Up 32-20 at the half, the Washington State Cougars held on for a 62-50 victory against the Portland Pilots to record their seventh consecutive victory. At 7-0, the start to this season marks the Cougs best opening run since the 1993-94 season in which they made it to the NCAA tournament.
Derrick Low ‘04 scored 8 points for the Cougars on 3-9 shooting with 4 assists, 2 boards, 2 steals and 1 blocked shot.
Washington State will travel to Salt Lake City this weekend to face Utah and then will return to Pullman to face the nationally ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs on Tuesday, December 5th. Check your local listings for the Gonzaga game.
