Kalani Falcons Girls’ Soccer: Coach Ryan Shinkawa ‘00
After running through the OIA Tournament as the #6-seed (but losing in the final) and making their first ever state tournament appearance in 2006, the Kalani Falcons Girls Soccer team had high expectations for this season and with a 9-2-1 record, it appears that they’re living up to every one of them.
The Kalani Falcons, led by Head Coach Ryan Shinkawa ‘00 (shown with team - Honolulu Advertiser), enter the 2007 OIA Tournament as the OIA East Champions and hope to make it to the finals again this year and avenge their loss to the Mililani Trojans, the 2007 OIA West Champions and only undefeated OIA team at 9-0-3.
