Iolani Ohana Speaker Series: Guy Kawasaki ‘72

Guy Kawasaki - IolaniGuy Kawasaki ‘72 is known as an innovator. From his work as an evangelist for Apple to his experience as a serial entrepreneur, Kawasaki has learned much about how to successfully take new products and services to the masses.

He will bring this wealth of knowledge with him to Iolani School as he presents a talk entitled “The Art of Innovation” on October 1st, 2007 at Seto Hall on the Iolani School campus. The speech will begin at 6:30 pm and is sponsored by the Iolani Ohana.

Kawasaki is a managing director of Garage Technology Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, and a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine. Previously, he was an Apple Fellow at Apple Computer, Inc. With a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from UCLA, as well as an honorary doctorate from Babson College, Kawasaki has authored eight books including The Art of the Start, Rules for Revolutionaries, How to Drive Your Competition Crazy, Selling the Dream, and The Macintosh Way.
