Occidental Baseball: Case Miyahira ‘07
Occidental freshman shortstop Case Miyahira ‘07 opened his collegiate career batting 6 for 13 in three games against Whitman College. The 5-10 shortstop currently leads the team in hitting at .462 with one double and one triple and is tied for the team lead in runs scored (4).
The Tigers are 1-2 on the season and will play three more games before opening conference play at home against Redlands on February 22nd. Occidental competes in NCAA Division III and is a member of the SCIAC (Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference).
