2008 Iolani Alumni Basketball League: It’s Back!
The Iolani Alumni Basketball League is right around the corner so for those of you haven’t touched a ball since last July, its time to start warming up… (a month and half should be enough right?… maybe not).
The 2008 summer league is set to begin on June 16 and run through the week of July 21 with games on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Game times on weekdays will likely be at 7:00, 7:50 and 8:40 pm. On weekends, there will be four games starting at 5:00 pm.
Last year’s champions from the Classes of ‘94 and ‘95 (Tanaka) will be looking to defend their title again in 2008 (if they can field a team). Shown are Josh Obrey ‘94, Doug Lange ‘94, Kanoa Leahey ‘95, John Stepien ‘95, Micah Banton ‘95, Mark Ambler ‘95, Jerry Tanaka ‘95.
